Fresh Muesli Recipe - My Favorite

Hi, and thanks for stopping by. I live in Southwest Michigan near the shore of The Big Blue Water (Lake Michigan). We are blessed to have abundant fresh apples, grapes, pears, and cranberries. But we are most famous for being The Blueberry Capital of the World and the home of several varieties of peaches (Red Haven). My favorite summer and fall activity is shopping at the local farmers markets and rural vegetable stands. Nothing like eating wholesome and fresh! In fact, try making fresh muesli from local grown, organic fruits and nuts. It is awesome! While researching nutritional recipes for my ebook "The BetesBuster Plan" a step-by-step guide to reversing your type 2 diabetes condition, I came across the Bircher Muesli recipe you will find below. Eat healthy, live long and happy!
